LA doesn't even need LeBron due to strong paint offense and defense from Gasol, Odom, and Bynum. Not to mention, Kobe's post offense is FAR better than LeBron's. LA's playing style wouldn't fit with LeBron at all. You don't just stick good players in one team and expect them to be unstoppable. There has to be chemistry and a balance in their playing styles. LA's playing style is completely different from LeBron's so it would not work as smoothly.

The Cavaliers were centered around LeBron. Don't even bitch about his teammates when it was LeBron who chose them in the first place. Cavaliers offense went through LeBron. It was about him driving to the basket to score or kick it out to open shooters. He had a team built specifically for him so that they could win a championship. Cavaliers really wanted to give LeBron a ring so they built their entire team around him. You don't become the best team in the regular season by sucking ass. They all just choked in the playoffs. LeBron chokes too. Just look at his matches against Orlando from 2009 Eastern Conference finals. Kobe didn't have the entire Laker offense revolving around him. Same goes for Melo. Same goes for D-Wade. Same goes for several of the other major players. LeBron got spoiled to death and he had what he wanted but they all fucked up.

Jesus Bunnyz, does Kobe look like he's 6'9 6 years ago? Does Kobe look like a 250 pound monster from 6 years ago? Did he jump higher or was more athletic than LeBron 6 years ago? No, he wasn't. Kobe has had one of the best work ethics in the NBA. Just listen to what guys like D-Wade, LeBron, Melo, and the Olympic team said about Kobe. They said that Kobe is the epitome of what hard work means. My point is, Kobe isn't as athletically gifted as LeBron. He isn't stronger than him, he isn't bigger than him, he can't jump higher than him, etc. But Kobe has developed his fundamentals in Basketball, something LeBron doesn't have. Kobe has an excellent post game, superb shooter, clutch player, ferocious defender when he needs to be, has footwork, etc. Kobe ALWAYS shoots when there's a hand in his face and he still makes those shots. Even coaches say don't get frustrated because you can't stop the man from making shots. LeBron is all about driving to the basket. Is there something else he's good at? It's because of his size that nobody is willing to take a charge from LeBron. Take that athleticism away and LeBron is nothing. What else does he have?

Stop making excuses about coaches. Practically 75% of the NBA coaches don't know what the hell they're doing. Coaches that actually make differences on teams are rare.

Let's compare LeBron's and Kobe's supporting cast last year.

LA: Pau Gasol and Ron Artest are the guys to ever be All Stars. Nobody else has ever accomplished anything.

Cleveland:

Anthony Parker was a major star in Europe being a 2 time Euroleague MVP and was a part of the euroleague all-decade team selection. He's won countless championships in Europe and Europe is no pushover when it comes to Basketball.

Antawn Jamison is a 2 time All-Star.

Mo Williams was an All Star just last year.

Varejao was in the NBA's All Defensive team with guys like Tim Duncan this year.

Jamario Moon was in the 2008 All Rookie team.

Doesn't look like LeBron was only playing with rookies in my opinion. Whether he wins a ring or not, he'll still lose in the eyes of many fans. If he wins, he'll be remembered for having D-Wade (who is one of the top 3 players in the league) and Chris Bosh (a legitimate force). If he loses, it just shows that he can't win even with 2 mega-stars.
The lost to the celtics because of allstar guard play because of rondo, did mo williams play good at all in the playoffs? Did jamison play horrible in the celtics series? Are you trying to tell me lebron couldn't be in a triangle offense? Derek Fisher has apparently not accomplished anything? Dfish is the clutchest player in the playoffs IMO. Who would you rather have Pau Gasol or Antawn Jamison? Sure cavs had talent but their coach was most likely the worst in the nba and compare that to philljackson. Lebron will win within 3 years but hes should have gone to chi town

Finally an agreement.

LeBron going to Chicago would have been the smart choice. He could have been the leader of that team and would be playing alongside great players. If JJ Redick had gone to Chicago, the Bulls would finally have made a lot more 3 pointers although Korver is a damn good addition.

Did you see Game's 4 and 5 from LeBron? Shaq even played a lot better than him in some of their matches against Boston. I'm pretty sure you're going to say something about Delonte West banging his mom distracted him, but he has proven in previous playoff games like against Orlando that he chokes.

LeBron could play triangle offense, but his playing style fit the Cavaliers because it fit his game. He had a bunch of driving lanes where he could kick it out to 3 point shooters or dunk over the whole team. He had an entire team built around his offense. LA doesn't have their offense just revolve around what Kobe does. Cleveland did for LeBron.

I thought you said Pau Gasol wasn't even that good. Derek Fisher hasn't accomplished anything. He's clutch, but has he been an All-Star? Has he gotten defensive player of the year? Nope. No accomplishment. More than half the players on the Cavaliers had some kind of accolade like that.

The Cavaliers coach isn't the first bad coach nor will he be the last. Many coaches in the NBA sucks. That's not some breaking news at all.

I find it ironic that a Boston fan complains about a player getting help. Ray Allen and KG from 07-08 anyone?

Before Gasol came, it was Kobe fending off for himself. He was the only real good player on the team. Kobe needed just one good player. Not even Derek Fisher helped Kobe up to the point where LA was a legit force. He just needed one guy to take away some of the double teams and triple teams. LA lands a gem in Gasol and LA suddenly makes it to the finals 3 years straight and wins 2 championships. LeBron gets Antawn Jamison (who is a regular double double player), Mo Williams (All-Star), Shaq (It was after Shaq came Dwight Howard didn't totally kill Cleveland in the paint), Anthony Parker (great player in Europe and a great 3 point shooter), Jamario Moon (NBA 2008 All Rookie team), Varejao (NBA All Defensive team), JJ Hickson improved a lot, and so on.

LeBron isn't a leader. He just doesn't have it. That's why D-Wade will be leading Miami Heats. LeBron just can't handle it.

MJ had better team, better coach, and so on. I suppose you think LeBron is better than MJ as well? You only think it's nonsense because you have almost nothing to defend LeBron with. Don't get mad because you're proven wrong kid.
